Questions before you connect?
Does the Free plan need a credit card?
No. Start with View only access. The comparison above shows the current store limit, monthly AI action allowance and activity history.
Does a paid plan unlock every platform operation?
No. A paid plan permits supported writes, but the platform capability, your provider grants and your AI permissions must also allow the action. Shopify and Etsy public connections are still approval-gated.
Are ChatGPT or Claude subscriptions included?
No. Your AI subscriptions are separate. Compatible AI clients share the same Store MCP workspace allowance.
What notifications can I receive?
Destination types and limits depend on the plan. Owner operational notices use email. Approval notices and destination tests are distinct from incoming order events; eBay, Square and WooCommerce do not ingest order events.
Can I cancel?
You can manage or cancel your plan from Billing. The workspace has one billing provider at a time; Shopify-installed accounts use Shopify billing.
