Effective September 17, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Moss Systems LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, for use of Store MCP. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Store MCP lets authorized AI clients use supported operations in commerce accounts you connect. You choose the stores and permissions. Provider writes are performed on your instruction; you remain responsible for reviewing listings, inventory, orders and other results and for complying with each commerce platform's terms and applicable law. Store MCP is independent and is not endorsed by a connected platform unless expressly stated.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in and client credentials, and connect only stores you are authorized to manage. Do not use Store MCP to violate law or provider rules, access another person's data, bypass platform controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service or probe credentials and private data. We may suspend access that creates security, legal or provider risk.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The current plan, price, allowance and billing provider appear on the Billing page. Direct subscriptions are billed through Stripe; a future Shopify App Store installation may be billed through Shopify. Paid plans renew until canceled. You can cancel through the applicable billing portal, with access continuing through the paid period unless the provider states otherwise. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or the billing provider's terms. Usage allowances are hard limits and do not create overage charges.

Availability and changes

Commerce and AI providers can change APIs, permissions, rate limits and availability. We may change or discontinue service capabilities and will make reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moss Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or provider actions. Our aggregate liability arising from Store MCP will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

Termination and governing law

You may stop using Store MCP and request deletion at any time. We may terminate access for a material breach, security threat, unlawful use or a provider requirement. Tennessee law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Tennessee unless applicable law requires otherwise.
