Compatible AI Apps and MCP Clients
Use a client that can reach the public HTTPS MCP endpoint and complete Store MCP authorization.
Client connection methods
ChatGPT uses a developer-mode custom app with OAuth; account and workspace controls apply. This is distinct from an approved directory listing. Claude uses a remote custom connector with browser consent; Claude Code uses its separate HTTP MCP configuration.
Codex uses an HTTP server entry and MCP OAuth login. Cursor supports a remote URL in mcp.json and browser authorization. Grok officially documents custom MCP connectors; that documentation is not a completed Store MCP authentication test.
Claude Code MCP OAuth has recorded staging acceptance. The other guides document official setup mechanisms, not a new end-to-end acceptance run for each client. No additional Gemini, VS Code, Windsurf or n8n compatibility is asserted here.

Ask for stores.list, confirm the seller and read a known listing. Compare Connect AI’s store scope with the returned stores and inspect Activity. If the client lacks custom-connector access, use a supported client or contact its administrator; do not share provider credentials in chat.
